You need to obtain your GSF (or NPF) number for proper processing. This important number can be conveniently found on the official letter you receive from Datacom each year, which advises you regarding your cost of living adjustment. Alternatively, if you are a contributor, you should locate your GSF or NPF number on your annual letter that arrives in September.

The GSA only collects the data you provide for the purpose of on-going management and administration of your membership of the GSA. A copy of your completed form will be provided to Government Superannuation Fund Authority (or the National Provident Fund Trustees) to deduct the GSA subscription and advise the GSA of any change to your address.
By providing your GSF/NPF membership number you authorise the Government Superannuation Fund Authority and the Board of Trustees of the National Provident Fund to deduct the GSA subscription at the rate determined by the GSA from your annuity and where a separate membership has been established by the survivor annuitant, from any survivor annuity and advise the GSA of any change to your address.You are entitled to access and request correction of the personal information collected in the application form in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
